Scrotox is a non-surgical procedure in which small, precise injections are placed into selected areas of the scrotal skin, temporarily relaxing targeted muscle activity and — in some patients — reducing overactive sweat glands.

Two Effects, One Treatment
Scrotox works by reducing specific nerve signals in the treated area. That produces two distinct effects — and which one matters more depends on why you came in.
Relaxing muscle tension
The dartos muscle beneath the scrotal skin contracts and tightens, contributing to a wrinkled appearance and a feeling of tightness. Relaxing that activity may produce a smoother look and reduce the sensation of tension — potentially making movement and clothing friction more comfortable.
Reducing localised sweating
By decreasing stimulation of sweat glands in the treated skin, Scrotox may help men bothered by excessive sweating in the groin area manage day-to-day comfort. This is not a cure for hyperhidrosis, and suitability depends on medical assessment.

Does Scrotox hurt?
Most men report minimal discomfort. Topical numbing cream is applied beforehand and the needles used are very fine. Mild tenderness afterwards is normal and settles on its own.
How long do the results last?
Commonly around 3–6 months, though this varies with dose, anatomy and individual response. Some men notice changes within a few days, with effects becoming clearer over 1–2 weeks.
Will it affect sexual function or fertility?
Scrotox targets superficial muscle activity and sweat glands in the scrotal skin — it isn't a treatment for erectile dysfunction or fertility, and it isn't intended to change sexual function. If those are your concerns, tell your doctor at consultation and we'll direct you to the appropriate treatment.
Is there downtime?
